Our mission is to empower, encourage and inspire females to be fearless on and off the field.  Our goal is to create opportunities for females where they are scarce or non-existent throughout Westchester County and the surrounding areas.  

Flag football is a growing sport with national recognition and the opportunities in local areas are scarce.   Gridiron Partners Inc. recognizes the need for opportunities for females in flag football in their immediate area as well as the need to elevate girls sports programs.  In  the Spring of 2022, Girls Varsity Flag Football was part of the NYSPHAA Section 1 Pilot Season.   

Our first Gridiron Partners endeavor was an extremely successful Women’s Flag Football League in Somers, NY starting in January 2022. Then, in the summer of 2022, we organized a new Youth Female Flag football league to offer even more opportunities for females in and outside of Somers, NY.  No girl was turned away. During summer league all are welcome to gain knowledge, experience, and advanced skills. As our ‘movement’ grows, our team will be ready, willing, and able to compete against local and regional teams with the ultimate goal of advancing to high level tournaments.

What’s next? Coming this Fall - a try-out based club and travel team!
